Common questions

We already have a SWP3. Do we still need to renew?

Yes. Existing coverage has to be renewed with a new NOI by the deadline, and the SWP3 has to match the new permit's requirements.

We have a No Exposure Certification. Does this apply to us?

No-exposure sites have their own renewal step. Call us and we'll confirm what your facility needs.

Our corporate EHS team handles permits.

We can take the site walk and SWP3 update off their plate and hand them a filing-ready package.

Do you work in Oklahoma?

Yes. Oklahoma industrial stormwater is permitted by ODEQ on its own schedule. Ask us where your site stands.
